Questions
Are my API keys copied in a backup?
No. Keys found in settings move into the encrypted Keys vault, and credentials are never copied.
Which apps can it back up?
The 17 it knows, plus any app you point it at.
What can my AI apps change?
Nothing until you allow it. MCP access is off by default, folder by folder, and every change can be undone.
